They recommend that you seek help as early as possible – this will improve your chances of a successful recovery.  They also advise that appropriately modifying your physical activity level is often the first step towards successful recovery

What is Dry Needling?

Dry needling is the use of acupuncture needles to alleviate muscular pain.  The needles are inserted into a trigger point in a muscle.  Trigger points are taut bands or a point consisting of multiple contraction knots, in the muscle that can generate pain.  Normal muscle does not contain these pain generating points.
