Throughout her career, Una has made clinical education a priority. She has completed numerous postgraduate courses, including orthotic prescription, dry needling, and courses focused on assessing, treating, and restoring normal biomechanics.
Outside of work, Una likes to maintain an active lifestyle through running and hiking. Since retiring from playing Gaelic Football and Camogie, she continues to keep her links with GAA strong by working with her local GAA club, Blackhall Gaels.
